- How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment online, by phone, or by visiting us in-store. - Can I bring guests to my appointment?
Absolutely! For bridal appointments, we can accommodate up to 4 guests. However, for all other appointments, we kindly ask that you bring no more than 2 guests. Too many opinions can make the decision overwhelming, and a smaller group allows for a more intimate and enjoyable experience. We recommend using FaceTime or video calls to include loved ones who want to be part of the moment. - Do you offer alterations?
Yes, we work with experienced seamstresses that provide in-house alterations. Alteration costs are additional to your wedding dress purchase. We recommend budgeting about $400-$600 for this service. Also, you are welcome to take your wedding dress to any seamstress after your purchase. - Do you carry dresses for bridesmaids, mother-of-the-bride, and other formal events?
Yes, we have a variety of styles, sizes, and colors of dresses for bridesmaids, mothers, flowergirls, wedding guests, and special occasions. - Do you rent dresses? No, we don’t offer rentals on formal dresses. They are for purchase only.
- Do you offer group discounts for bridesmaid dresses?
Yes, we provide discounts for groups ordering four or more dresses. Please inquire for details.
- Do I need an appointment to try on wedding dresses?
Yes, we highly recommend booking an appointment online. This ensures our bridal suite is reserved for you (and your guests) and that one of our experienced stylists will be assigned to work with you. Walk-ins are welcome, but subject to room and staff availability. - How long is a bridal appointment?
Our bridal appointments typically last around 60-90 minutes which gives you ample time to find your dream dress and to enjoy time with your stylist receiving expert advice. - Can I bring guests to my bridal appointment?
Absolutely! We can accommodate up to 4 guests at your appointment. However, we don’t recommend having too many people and opinions that could confuse or sway your decision. Plus, the experience is much more intimate and comfortable with less of a crowd. We suggest using facetime or video calls to loved ones that would like to be a part of the moment. - Is there a fee for trying on wedding dresses?
We require a $100 non-refundable deposit for all bridal appointments. We don’t call this a fee for trying on dresses, but rather a downpayment towards your wedding dress purchase. - What should I bring to my bridal appointment?
Wear underwear, a nude or white strapless bra or shapewear (if you plan to wear it), and shoes with a similar heel height to what you’ll wear on your special day. - Do you rent wedding dresses? No, we don’t offer wedding dress rentals. They are for purchase only.
- What is the price range of your wedding dresses?
Our wedding dresses range from $500 to $4,500, accommodating a variety of budgets. - Do you carry plus-size wedding dresses?
Yes, we have an array of sizes, including plus-size wedding dresses up to 32. - How long does it take to order a wedding dress?
Wedding dress orders typically take approx 4-6 months to arrive, so we recommend booking your appointment at least 9-12 months before your wedding date. - Can I purchase a dress off the rack?
Yes, we offer off-the-rack purchase options for brides with tighter timelines. - Do you sell bridal accessories?
Yes, we carry veils, headpieces, jewelry, and other accessories in store to complete your bridal look.
- Do you rent tuxedos and suits?
Yes, we offer both rentals and purchases for tuxedos and suits. - What should I bring to my tuxedo appointment?
For your tuxedo appointment, bring inspiration photos, color swatches, and a clear idea of your preferred style to ensure the perfect look for your event. - Do you charge a fee to try on tuxedos? We don't charge a fee, but we do require a $50 deposit at the time of your fitting which is applied to your rental cost.
- How much do your tuxedo rentals cost? Our average price for a full tuxedo ensemble costs about $200. This includes the coat, pants, shirt, tie, vest, and shoes. Prices vary depending on the style of tuxedo or suit and the designer.
- Can I rent just a coat? Yes, you can rent just the coat. In fact, we offer partial rentals for almost everything in our mens collection.
- How long is the rental period for? Our typical rental period is for 3 days. You pick up the day before your event, have it the day of, and return it the day after. We are closed on Sundays, so weekend rentals are due back on Monday.
- What if I don’t live on Maui? It's okay if you don't live on Maui, we work with out-of-town customers all the time. You can send us your measurements in advance, select your tuxedo and submit your order online.
- What if my tuxedo needs alterations?
We take pride in providing a perfectly tailored fit on our tuxedos and suits, even on our rentals. We do our menswear alterations on-site and while you wait. There is NO additional charge for this, it is included in the cost of the rental. Some conditions apply. - When should I schedule my tuxedo fitting?
We recommend scheduling your appointment 2-3 months before your event date to reserve the tuxedo (or suit) you want, and to allow ample time for special orders, if necessary. - Can I rent accessories like ties, shoes, and cufflinks?
Yes, we offer a variety of accessories available for rent or purchase, even if you want to just rent a vest and tie set, shoes, or shirt. - Do you offer discounts for group rentals? Yes, we offer the groom's tuxedo rental for free with a total of 8 or more rentals. We offer additional group rental discounts and are on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.
- Can I take my tuxedo rental off island or to the mainland? We offer long period rentals. This includes one to three week rental periods for an additional cost.
- What is your return or exchange policy?
All sales are final on bridal gowns and formal wear. Please review your order details carefully before purchase. If your gown has not been altered and/or picked up from our store, you may be able to exchange it for another style in store. This is a case-by-case basis and is subject to the discretion of a manager. Special terms apply. - Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer several flexible payment plans (upon approval) to make your purchase feasible and stress-free. - What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. - Do you charge for appointments?

- Do you offer customizations on dresses?
Yes, some of our designers offer style customizations on dresses, but note that production and delivery dates vary and average about 5-6 months to complete. If this is what you decide to do, be sure to give yourself enough time for this so you're not stressing. Please ask your stylist for details. - Do you host trunk shows or sample sales?
Yes, we host special events all year long, which include trunk shows, sample sales, fashion shows, and evening events. Follow us on social media or check our website for upcoming dates. - Can you press or steam my wedding dress? Yes, we offer professional pressing services for wedding dresses, tuxedos and suits, and all wedding party garments. We require 24 hours to complete this service. Prices vary on the type of fabric, length of dress or train, and the number of layers.
- Do you offer gown preservation services?
Yes, we provide professional wedding gown preservation services for your wedding dress and is guaranteed for up to 100 years. This service takes 8-12 weeks. Please contact us for more information.
